- Tax Class -- originally started with the first-time homebuyer in mind, but open to all of my clients. I will sit down with you and discuss many of the different tax credits and deductions (federal and state) that are now available to you as a homeowner. I don't want to take the place of your accountant; I just want to help make his/her job easier during tax preparation time!
- Credit Analysis & Repair -- derogatory credit items used to mean no mortgage, and even though subprime mortgage lending has become much easier to get into for people with "less than perfect" credit, the rates and terms will never be as good as conforming mortgage loans. I offer my clients, free of charge, credit report analysis services. I will help you write letters to the credit bureaus and come up with payment plan strategies aimed at raising your credit score quickly. Other companies charge you for the same service; with me, it's just another benefit of being my client!
- Excellent Referral Network -- at your request, I would be happy to refer you to an industry professional that will help you with your financial needs. Whether it be an accountant, realtor, or insurance needs, I have an extensive network of trusted professionals that I have partnered with.
